"Went to meeting point where our name was on the board and we checked in. Waited over 45 minutes for the driver. We noticed at one stage our name was rubbed off the board and we told the woman we were still waiting. There were 2 other couples getting annoyed waiting like us. We had some phone calls which when we answered the person hung up. We gave the phone to your person and they had a conversation and all we got told is the driver should be arriving soon. Driver said little on the trip and was mostly on the phone. Car did not smell to good because the driver smoked. Then at the hotel the driver asked us for 10 euros at the end for his waiting time. Hotel staff spoke with him and he left. Not a good start to being in your wonderful city."

"Driver waiting for me on arrival, lovely car only issue I booked a car seat and he forgot it! Not good with a 2 year old on your knee for 1 hour in difficult driving conditions. My return was a lovely mini bus with a car seat thankfully. My hotel was central which meant being dropped off away from hotel which was not the best but I suppose due to the markets this was the only way."

"On arrival I found it difficult to locate the rep. I was expecting a single display board with my name on it. Instead there were multiple names on each board. My name was added to a board after I had first checked it. I then had to wait 15 minutes for my driver to arrive. The car was nice and clean however the driver did not make any effot to engage or make us feel comfortable. The return journey was perfect. Pick up was prompt, driver courteous and helpful. Sort the issue out at the airport and I would use your service again as it was reliable. Thank you David."

"We had two vehicles to drive a party of 9 people from Brussels Airport to Bruges. The drivers were more or less on time, one was just over 10 minutes late for our return pickup. The vehicles were not particularly well presented. The drivers both into Bruges and on the return to the airport consistently drove over the speed limits, mostly at speeds of up to 150km per hour on the motorways, making for a very uncomfortable journey, especially on the return when driving conditions were poor due to wet weather. Wouldn't be in a hurry to use your service again"
