He dropped us in parking and not in front of the entry. Due to which my mom has to walk. She had leg injury but wasn't left with any option. All n all driver was very bad!"

Driver: The driver did his best to arrive at the airport on time, leaving me safely in a good place. Besides, he helped me with my luggage, both in the departure and arrival, and tried to make me comfortable, chatting with me over the ride and making me aware of all deviations from the usual pathway taken. Vehicle: Due to the traffic jams, my original book (a car) was upgraded to a comfortable van, whose driver was closer to my departure point. Since I was the only passenger, there was plenty of space. Thank you for the good service."
