Going out to Budapest I got several phone texts about arrangements, which was good. But for return to airport from hotel, I got nothing, so I was anxious that I might have been forgotten, and had hotel phone through for me to check all ok. A text to confirm pick up from hotel would have been good. Would still recommend to friends. Thank you"

Had reserved a mini-bus but it was broken that day, so we got a Mercedes station wagon instead which was a tight fit for 4 people plus luggage. That is why I rated vehicle only 4 starts. "Superb! We would not hesitate to book again. Our flight was 15 minutes late... then the bags... then the mandatory loo visit. We found our driver exactly where we expected, he assisted with luggage (pushed my trolley - much appreciated), loaded the car and had us in the city in no time. He drove expertly, found our private apartment with no problem and assisted with luggage out of the car and onto the pavement. We are super happy - easy booking, easy payment, good price, great driver and spotlessly clean and spacious car. We’ll definitely use again when we return to Brussels."
