"I use your services regularly (as do many of my staff). This time I used them on the 24th and 26th of February. On the 24th my flight arrived about 15 minutes early (common with Ryanair) but unfortunately the contact number which I had been given was switched off (I believe it was your central number 477422644). I had not received the usual text message from your centre with the driver's number. The driver was also late (10-15 minutes) and because I could not contact him, I did not know whether he was coming at all. So I spent about half an hour waiting without knowing whether to find some other solution. After my assistant spoke with you, she was told that I would definitely receive the usual text message for the return on the 26th February. In fact this was never sent. It was not a problem because the driver was on time and very good. However, it is still useful to receive in case there is any problem."
